If you place an order or register, the following information is collected: name, address, phone number, email address, password and, when necessary, payment information and date of birth. The names, addresses, and phone numbers of your recipients are also collected; this information is accessible to you by logging in to your account with your password. Using and Sharing This Information

BANK OR CREDIT CARD LIABILITY

Product Substitutions

If the item you chose is unavailable or does not meet our standards, an item of equal or greater value may be substituted. Chocolate in our gifts may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, when the weather gets warmer. These substitutions are done to ensure the timely arrival and freshness of your gifts as well as the integrity of the presentation.

Delivery

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date on all ground orders. Please note that this is only an estimated delivery date.

Adult signatures are required for all gifts containing wine. All other gifts are sent without a required signature; occasionally the courier may determine that the location is not safe to leave an unattended package and will attempt delivery at a later date.

Shipping and Handling

The standard shipping and handling charge for each gift appears under the price of that gift.  Standard shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after your order is entered.  Expedited service is available in most areas.

Gift Basket Cut Off Times

Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day.
Orders placed after 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship out the following business day.  Orders placed Friday after 1pm EST through Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Order Delivery Times

Orders shipped to a business address will be delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours.  Orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered Monday through Saturday between 9am through 8pm.

• Standard shipping plus an additional $6.00 per item.

• Standard shipping plus an additional $10.00 per item.
• Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m

Standard Overnight

• Standard shipping plus an additional $20.00 per item.
• Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

Delivery of Gift Baskets containing Alchocol

All of our gift baskets have the option of adding products containing alcohol. To be in compliance with local regulations, Greenwood Wine and Spirits requires delivery of any baskets containing alcohol to be signed for by a recipient over 21 years of age with valid identification.  Delivery of baskets containing alcohol are restricted to the following cities and towns in Massachusetts in compliance with local regulations:
